Your safety is our top priority. Please read and adhere to the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Before Your Trip:
- Listen to the Crew: Always pay attention to the safety briefing provided by the boat captain or crew. Their instructions are for your safety.
- Life Jackets: Know the location of life jackets. Children and non-swimmers are strongly encouraged to wear one at all times.
- Health Conditions: If you have any medical conditions, please inform the boat operator before departure.
During Your Trip:
- Stay Seated: Remain seated while the boat is in motion, especially at high speeds or in rough water.
- No Alcohol or Drugs: The consumption of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol is strictly prohibited. The boat operator reserves the right to terminate the trip without a refund if any passenger is found to be intoxicated.
- Keep Hands and Feet Inside: Do not hang your hands, feet, or any objects over the side of the boat.
- Waste Disposal: Do not throw any trash overboard. Please use the designated trash receptacles on the boat.
In Case of Emergency:
- Follow the instructions of the captain and crew immediately.
- Stay calm and assist others if you are able to do so safely.
