Full Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Operator Cancellation: If the boat operator cancels the trip due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Customer Cancellation: If you cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (e.g., more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip).
Partial or No Refunds:
- Cancellations made outside of the timeframe specified in our Cancellation Policy are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Early Termination: If the trip is terminated early due to a violation of our Safety Rules by you or your party, no refund will be issued.
Processing Refunds:
