- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your booking through the "My Bookings" section of your profile on our website.
Cancellation by the Boat Operator:
The boat operator reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time due to safety concerns, such as adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues. In the event of an operator cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
