We operate on a simple commission-based model. For every booking completed through our platform, BoatBook retains a small percentage as a service fee. This fee helps us maintain the platform, market your listings, and provide customer support.

  • The **Commission Rate** is set by our admin team and will be visible in your vendor dashboard.
  • The final commission amount and your earnings are calculated automatically for each booking.
  • You can track all your earnings and view detailed financial reports directly from your Vendor Dashboard.

Once your account is approved, you can access your Vendor Dashboard. Navigate to the "My Boats" section and click "Add New Boat". You'll be able to provide all the details, including name, capacity, price per hour, and high-quality images.

All your bookings will appear in the "Bookings" section of your dashboard. You can view booking details, see customer information, and manage the status (e.g., confirm a pending booking). You will also handle the OTP verification process with the customer at the time of the ride to complete the booking.

Yes! You have full control over creating and managing your own promotional codes from the "Promo Codes" section in your dashboard. You can set the discount percentage, usage limits, and expiry dates to attract more customers.

After a booking is marked as 'Completed', customers are invited to leave a rating and a review for their trip. These reviews are moderated by our admin team before being published. High ratings can significantly boost your boat's visibility on our platform.

Both customers and vendors can initiate cancellations from their respective dashboards. Please refer to our official **Cancellation Policy** for detailed information on deadlines and potential charges. Fair and timely communication is key to a smooth process.
